Are you a Healthcare Assistant with an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent with experience of working in a variety of healthcare settings? Our Hospice at Home Service is a small team consisting of 1 Co-ordinator and 7 Healthcare Assistants supporting patients in the community.
Following a service review, we are looking to recruit a further two caring, committed and compassionate professionals to join us as Healthcare Assistants.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our community across Worcestershire. The successful candidates will provide nursing care to patients and support to those important to them and liaise closely with all other agencies involved in their care.
