Job description

We are seeking passionate and qualified teachers to join our team. We offer competitive pay at a rate per hour for both students finishing an education degree and experienced teachers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual or small-group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans and study strategies based on student needs and goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure success
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide feedback and support student learning
• Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve tutoring skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Strong academic background in relevant subjects (e.g. Math, Science, English)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred but not required
• Must be available after 3:00 p.m. on Weekdays
• Teaching certification is a bonus!
