Rocky Mountain Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our amazing Wasatch Front Diabetic Management team.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate clinical assessment skills at the level necessary to meet the job requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary team members.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a valid Utah RN license.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must possess clinical, organizational, and, communication skills.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
• Home health care experience is preferred.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
