JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Assistant Manager (Hospital Food Services)
Location: Bethlehem, Pa
Salary: 45-50K Based on Experience, FT/Perm rotating days/weekends/holidays evenings
Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Assistant Food Services Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service. The Assistant Manager assists in operations including patient/resident In-room Food Services as well as Operations in the Hospital Café.
A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the importance of Customer Relations, Dining Experience, and Employee Management. While experience working a healthcare setting is ideal, we are open to a background that includes retail food services and FOH restaurant experience.
Requirements
- Healthcare experience desired
- Knowledge of Retail and FOH Operations
- AMAZING Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Creating effective communication documents including summaries, reports and letters
- Math skills to include stats, fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions in practical situations
- Strong Team Management Skills including Scheduling, Training, Food and Occupational Safety knowledge
