Flesher's Fairview Health Care Center is a 3rd generation family owned and operated skilled nursing facility. A family business for over 50 years. We are located in Fairview, NC which is just outside Asheville and not far from Fletcher and Hendersonville. We are currently looking for a full time or part time Hospitality Aide/CNA in Training.

This position is designed to assist you with obtaining your North Carolina CNA license. We offer on the job training as well as a scholarship program to assist with Nursing assistant education. Flesher's will offer scholarship for this program so that there will not be out of pocket cost for you.

We offer short call shifts as well as benefits for full time employees (BCBS insurance, 401K, Vacation/Sick time). We are a great place to work with a family atmosphere and low patient ratios. We offer flexabile scheduling for a work/life balance.
