Although this has been a change to our usual way of working and has required some adaption to our approach, we’ve found it to be working successfully and applicants should be able to work from home and be comfortable in working in this way until we are able to return to the office.
Key responsibilities to include:

- Respond to enquiries from staff and provide assistance, advice and remote troubleshooting of computer system problems as required as part of the ICT Service Desk service escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure all Client devices have up to date Anti Virus software and Operating System patches via appropriate Control Management software.
