It is a really exciting time to join the Reach family and due to our sustained growth and our committed future growth plans, we are now looking for an Imaging Specialist to join our teams at the Express and the Daily Star.

The Imaging Specialist plays a vital role within the Imaging team, ensuring the delivery of high quality, colour enhanced digital and print - ready artwork for newspapers and magazines.

We’re looking for fresh ideas and new perspectives from people from a wide range of backgrounds.

This role is home based and we are therefore open to candidates based across the UK.

What will the role involve?

• Editing and retouching pictures for the
• Express and Daily Star, two of our national titles
• Creating and editing graphics
• Collaborating within the Imaging Hub and supporting other members of the team
• Working closely with the news, features and pictures desks
• Working to tight deadlines efficiently
• This position will have some weekend working so a flexible approach is required

Who are we looking for?

• Strong computer skills including an understanding of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• A flair and passion for all things imagin
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate your ideas effectively
• Ability to work effectively within time constraints/deadlines
• An understanding of colour theory and photography
