Responsibilities for an Inbound Sales Advisor
- Supporting existing customers during their process of moving homes and moving broadband services.
- Sales focused role with customer service
- Using technology as the key tool to help resolve your customers’ issues. Navigating multiple platforms, apps and systems simultaneously
What you’ll need
- Fully flexible between 8am-9pm Monday - Friday & 8am-6pm Sat/Sun (40 hours paid production)
- A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels
- A technical mindset – you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems
- A quiet place to work at home with a good broadband connection minimum 10 mbps
