Tasks

• Develop and execute a plan for the online course topics for the year
• Design the process for creating online courses on industrial automation topicsDefine and allocate tasks relevant to each course or videoManage and mentor the content creation team
• Monitor deadlines and communicate with the team and partners
• Update and maintain the career and skill pathsEvaluate and improve team performance, taking appropriate action as neededPrepare weekly reports for the direct manager
• Regularly optimize the content creation process and communicate changes to the team.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in industrial automation and PLC programming
• Experience in control system design
• Understanding of the industrial automation industry and its trends

Project Planning and Management:

• Experience in planning and managing projects in the industrial automation domain
• Ability to assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, partners, and stakeholders
• Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner

Leadership:

• Ability to manage and motivate a team of content creators
• Experience in defining and updating career and skill paths for team members
• Ability to monitor performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action as needed

Analytical and Problem-Solving:

• Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns and trends
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems in the industrial automation domain
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Adaptability and Continuous Improvement:

• Ability to adapt to changes in technology, industry, and team dynamics
• Desire to continuously learn and improve processes and workflows

Reporting and Documentation:

• Ability to prepare weekly reports and other relevant documentation
• Experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and archives.
