Job Description:

The Associate Store Planner develops store block, architecture, fixture, and merchandise floor plans utilizing Revit software for new store projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• 20% Works with the Real Estate Team to adapt current design and layout standards to proposed building sites for Real Estate Committee review.
• Will complete overlays and basic single level feasibility studies for Company Stores
• 40% Apply specific direction from Store Planning Manager to create preliminary and final architecture and fixture floor plans for basic new store projects.
• Collaborate with Floor Planning, Brand Shop and Store Operations teams to finalize the merchandise floor plan for use when opening the new store, remodel, or special project. Revise F1 as needed for prototypical changes (DRB's) during the project.
• 30% Collaborate with project architects to coordinate project specific A1 with F1.
• Collaborate with back-room vendor on project specific back room shelving plans.
• Collaborate with Store Environment team to coordinate graphic installation plan (GIP) for a successful store project execution.
• Perform merchandise fixture takeoffs for Purchasing using Revit software.
• 5% Coordinate with Construction and New Store teams to answer questions and adjust F1 for field conditions.
• 5% Utilize the Store Planning database to record site specific store data.

Additional Technological Requirements:

• Proficient in Revit BIM software
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• 3D CAD experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
