We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to support our managers and their teams with their hiring needs in all our locations. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, lead the search process and be the face of Adverity to the recruitment market.
You’ll become part of a 6-person international recruitment team but also partner with HR colleagues in Operations, Culture, Engagement & DEIB. As an agile team we update each other daily and discuss learnings in our monthly retros. This is a full-time position. We are “remote friendly” which means you have full flexibility to work from home or come to our office in Vienna or* London*. However, we’d be happy to welcome you personally in our office a couple of times per month.

Some of the things you’ll work on:

• You’ll manage the entire recruiting process - from briefing to successful placement - for our offices in AT, UK, BG, PL and US. Providing a positive “candidate experience” is always in the forefront of your activities.
• You’ll work closely with our hiring managers, understand their requirements and actively support them with recruitment strategies. You keep them updated on a regular basis and remain their trusted partner throughout the project.
• You’ll proactively search for the ideal candidates on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, as well as build up your own talent pool.
• We love knowledge sharing and are happy for you to also contribute to different projects not only within the team, but also with other internal stakeholders.
• You like to be involved more and not only represent Adverity during the recruiting processes? Great! We are open for you to broaden your knowledge or use existing skills to participate in relevant events, career fairs and/or social media posts.

We’re excited if you have:

• 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in an international team and in the SaaS industry.
• Ideally an according university degree (Economics, HR or Psychology) and at least some basic knowledge of Austrian labour law.
• A professional manner of expression, business fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
• An open and friendly personality who feels comfortable in an international environment.
• A proactive mentality and a high degree of service orientation.
• Organisational talent and the ability to not only see the big picture but also focus on details.

If this position is filled in Vienna, we offer an annual salary starting from €43.000 (depending on your qualifications and experience).
