Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen für Finanztermingeschäfte und deren Anhänge sowie weiteren Finanzverträgen
Strukturierung und Dokumentation einzelner Transaktionen
Abteilungsübergreifende Beantwortung rechtlicher Fragestellungen
