Basic Purpose
Responsibilities
- Define and build data pipelines to ingest data from original system of records to Master Data Management application as per approved design and coding standards
- Follow approved DevOps process and coordinate with deployment teams to deploy changes in higher environments.
- Collaborate with data analysts and data stewards to understand source data.
- Present functional design documents and demonstrate solution functionality to stakeholders
- Ensure that data model extensions are implemented as per Navy Federal’s enterprise data architecture standards.
- Coordinate with Data Lake, Data Hub and Enterprise API teams for continuous integration of MDM with upstream and downstream applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience in designing and building data pipelines using Python
- Hands-on experience in developing applications to integrate with enterprise level APIs
- Advance level skills in SQL, Python, Databricks and Azure Data Factory
- Knowledge of Informatica MDM and Azure are plus
- Knowledge of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Integration Services and Informatica Data Quality is plus
- Experience with CI/CD for automated deployment.
- Experience in working in agile development environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Azure, Spark, Python and Databricks.
- Experience in integrating with APIs and message queues.

Navy Federal is now hybrid! Our standard enterprise requirement for a hybrid schedule is to report on-site 4-16 days each month. The number of days reporting on-site will ultimately be determined by the employee's leadership and business unit needs. You will learn more throughout the hiring and on boarding process.
Salary Range: $87,800 - $160,900 annually
Navy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary ranges that enable us to remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range, based on your experience, location and market position.
