We’re looking for a junior accountant.

We're looking for a junior accountant to take the lead in our accounts payable and receivable ledgers. From planning, payment execution and reconciliation, to contact with suppliers, we’d like you to be the point person for our payments across our 3 business lines.

You will have experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role, and are comfortable with accounting principles although you don’t have to be qualified. Knowledge of Netsuite helps, the ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines is essential.

More about what you’ll do:

• Manage Accounts Payable inbox and communication with suppliers; review, verify (against PO request) and post invoices

• Payments processing and bank reconciliation

• Reconciliation and tracking of accounts receivable

• Maintain Fixed Asset and prepayment registers

• Assist with the review of the monthly management account pack
