Reports to:

Business Manager

Main Purpose of Role:

Providing administrational support to the claims teams and general office.

Core Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls made to the office;
• Opening, sorting and scanning of incoming post;
• General filing duties;
• Management of incoming emails;
• To assist in general office administrative duties in keeping with the role.

Key Competencies Needed:

• Enthusiastic positive person with a “can do” approach;
• Strong communication skills and good telephone manner;
• Ability to cope under pressure and respond to demands;
• Adaptable to change;
• Problem solving approach;
• Good organisational skills;
• Self-motivation and good use of initiative;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
