Landscape Crew Member Position:

Small high-end landscape design build firm looking for crew members for upcoming summer season. Specializing in custom residential landscapes, Gradient Landscapes focuses on craftsmanship and quality of work above all else. As a small and collaborative crew, we work together in a fun and safe environment.

All crew members work daily with a project manager and a small crew, through all aspects of landscape installation. Duties will include but are not limited to custom stonework, equipment operation, grading & retaining, planting, irrigation, etc.

You will not be required to perform the same repetitive tasks day in and day out and will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a small company culture.

Qualifications: Landscaping and/or horticulture experience is preferred but not required. A demonstrated attention to detail, ability to learn as you go, hard work ethic, and ability to work within a team environment are the requirements for the position.

Our typical season runs from April - Mid November, we are willing to work around school schedules and flexible schedules as needed.

Compensation: Pay is D.O.E. and competitive
