Job description
Large Southwest Florida Landscape Maintenance Company is looking for a talented, knowledgeable and experienced industry professional to assist General Manager in overseeing and managing the maintenance of high end Subdivisions/residential and commercial clients. Experience working with Homeowners Associations and Developers helpful.
As an account Manager, you will manage a commercial landscape portfolio within a designated community. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with your clients. You must have an eye for the details that help enhance properties assigned to you. Building effective teams and delivering top quality results to the communities you manage is top priority
Requirements:
Must have a valid Drivers' License.
Professional management skills and knowledge of plants, soils, and fertilizers.
Must be able to use and manage a work order portal systems - proficient in Word and Excel.
Oversee production of crews ensuring that crews are equipped properly for each day's work.
We have a full time opening in both Ft. Myers And Sarasota.
