Landscaping/ Gardening Crew Leader
Work alongside the owner as well as independently leading a crew of 1-3 co-workers. Previous leadership experience a plus but not required. Landscaping and gardening experience is a must.
Do you want to make the Earth a more beautiful place and help save our pollinators and wildlife at the same time? Join Leeward Fine Gardening as a crew leader and grow with the company. We provide garden maintenance services as well as garden design and installs. We work at many beautiful properties between Cape Elizabeth and Phippsburg. Including islands in Casco Bay, and many other coastal properties (we often take ocean swim breaks!). Ecological practices are utilized as much as possible and we mainly deal with native plants.
We do not mow, and we don't blow.
Pay for Crew Leader starts at $30 - $35/hr depending on experience and work ethic. Mid season and end of season bonuses based on performance. Season is March - December.
Full and part-time positions available.
Paid field trips and learning opportunities. Paid Time Off.
