Education Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree (Early Childhood Education is preferred)

· Associates degree (Early Childhood Education is preferred)

· Child Development Associate (CDA) or Early Childhood Teaching credential

· Currently enrolled in CDA or a degreed program

General Qualifications

· Meets background check eligibility

· Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles

· Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members

· Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures

· Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in teams

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All teachers receive 5 paid sick days each year. Covid positive students are not allowed to attend school for 5 days after testing positive.
