Legal Assistant to handle medical treatment coordinating in law office.

In-Person Position ONLY, Pasadena Office Location (Part-time to Full-time potential)

Solo Practitioner Law Office specializing in Workers' Compensation for the Injured.

Spanish-Speaking preferred.

Must have excellent client service skills and phone etiquette.

1-2 years law office experience preferred in workers' compensation. Willing to train at entry level.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- scheduling medical appointments/drafting medical appointment letters/communication with workers' comp doctor's offices, claims adjusters re MPNs & defense firms

- medical treatment coordinating with doctor offices/calendaring/sending notices

- Subpoenaing medical records

- experience using MerusCase preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
