  • Hourly compensation ranges between $27 to $29, which includes quarterly bonuses, depending on experience
  • $1,500 Hiring Bonus: $300.00 paid on the 1st paycheck, $500.00 after 6 months, and $700.00 after 1 year of employment

Your day-to-day will include…

Opportunities to interact with our residents, team members, and vendors every day. No two days will be the same! Your experience and knowledge will help prepare vacant apartments for our next resident, which will include general repairs and sometimes minor painting. You will work with your team to respond to and resolve work orders. Using your great time management and organization skills, you know how to make the time to schedule vendors as needed, close out completed work orders on a daily basis, and keep our Yardi software up to date. You will coordinate and help with snow removal along with your team when it's needed, following our guidelines.

You’ll work full time, Monday through Friday. Your start and end times will be determined based on your needs and the needs of the communities you support. You will take turns responding to on-call emergencies with your co-workers. Each on-call rotation earns a weekly on-call stipend, paid directly to you even if you’re not called to the property. When you are caught up you will assist with other properties in the same general area.

You take pride in your work and have a knack for providing the best home possible for our residents, planning in advance, and problem-solving to make the most of any situation. Most importantly, you display empathy and have positive regard for others you interact.

Specifically, our next Maintenance Supervisor:

• Lives within a 10-mile radius of Sheridan South Portfolio Apartments; the nearest major cross streets are: Jewell and Sheridan in South Denver.
• Has advanced apartment, home, facilities, hospitals, hotel, retail or commercial real estate maintenance skills, bringing 4+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician and/or 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• Has their own tools including a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded plyers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure
• Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.
