Job description
Clarity Care, providers of a wide variety of services for persons with developmental disabilities, is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform duties relating to all facets of maintenance and repair to our company properties.
Responsibilities:
- Carpentry, fixing minor electrical and plumbing problems, painting, lawn care/landscaping, snow removal, routine safety equipment inspections, light vehicle repair and maintenance, etc.
- Maintain and promote safety in the workplace and ensure all maintenance is performed in compliance with various building, fire, AFH, CBRF, and other applicable codes.
- Complete required documentation pertaining to work orders.
- Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- Experience, knowledge/background, skills and relevant experience in general maintenance procedures.
- Valid WI driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
- Pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
