Working to develop KPIs and measure performance of the NA Seed Supply Team

Working to define and support the digital strategy for NA Seed Supply organization

Leading inventory management for NA Seed supply

Defining and implementing innovation is seed supply business processes.

Supporting preparation, execution, and response to various corporate audits

Formula for Success

Degree, B.Sc. Management, or other relevant education

5+ years of experience in areas of;

Performance management and process improvement

Development and/or execution of digital strategy

Inventory management and budgeting

Seeds industry experience preferred

Strategic, methodical, logical and detail oriented

Effective communicator, both verbal and written

Ability to use systems to monitor and report progress against objectives

Strong leadership, management, and networking capabilities

Ability to work cross function and cross organization

Flexible and able to reduce complexity

Solution and stakeholder oriented

Travel up to 40% US and Canada
