WCW OPERATIONS OPENING

WCW Inc., has wonderful opportunities in Manufacturing for employees to join our team. Great Work Schedule; 4 days a week – 10 hour shift – FRIDAYS OFF. Overtime is worked on Friday's from 6am-noon, sometimes Mandatory. Benefits available the first of the month after 60 days. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. Work day can be flexible for those needing public transportation to work 4-8.5 hr days. Friday's are also available for work. OT is after 40 hrs in the workweek.

JOB SUMMARY
Seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and desire to join our growing organization in our air conditioned manufacturing area. These positions include light and heavy assembly, packaging, machine operation.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Teammate is expected to report to work on time for all four scheduled work days.
• Possess the ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate good teamwork stills.
• Assemble, cut, glue, or heat weld; otherwise fasten parts together for mattress assembly.
• Work at different work stations as production needs require flexibility. Have the ability to retain knowledge and pick up quickly on repeatible tasks.
• Follow specific standard work instructions, safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.

ED/EXP., COMPETENCY SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• High School Education or equivalent exp. preferred
• Assembly experience helpful
• Must be able to use simple hand tools and measuring devices
