We are looking for a ambitious marketing coordinator to join our marketing team and coordinate our activities. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing marketing plans and brand campaigns.* Your duties will also include creating* and updating tracking systems as well as collating marketing content.
This is a full-time position based in our New York office, or can be done remotely (within a commutable distance to our office).

Some of the things you’ll work on:

  • Coordinate the marketing teams activities and campaigns and implement systems to track and analyze activities and progress.
  • Report on marketing campaigns including paid ads, content performance, events, round tables, content syndication and PR.
  • Ability to use customer data and marketing intel to form local and global marketing strategies.
  • Understand and work with our CRM (Hubspot) to optimize performance and track results.
  • Manage internal communication systems and process data to create visual aids, charts, graphs, and reports.
  • Build, maintain and develop cross-departmental relationships, and become the main marketing point of contact for the local sales team.
  • Identify the target audience, evaluate trends and streamline our processes and procedures.
  • Curate and adapt the marketing campaigns, creatives and content to meet the market’s trends and expectations.

We’re excited if you have:

  • 6 months+ of marketing coordinator experience.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field.
  • Proven record of being a team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and is able to build connections and develop the internal stakeholder management.
  • An eye for both quality and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient at problem-solving, research, and analysis.
