Outstanding career opportunity in a fast paced doctor's office. Consistent positive attitude with high energy is a must. This person will work directly with the doctor and small focused team to provide outstanding patient care.

Position includes opportunity for additional bonus pay

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients face to face and over the phone
• Present care plans and go over finances with patients
• Provide encouragement, support, and motivation
• Perform various other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills on phone and in person—must be friendly
• Teachable--An ability to learn and follow protocols and work independently
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask
• Excellent rapport building skills and empathy with clients
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Must be computer literate
• Experience with managing social media is a plus
• Must be dependable and punctual
• We do not require the C-19 vaccine.
