Baer is looking for Microsoft Power Platform Developer for a 6 month Federal Remote Project.
**
Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 24 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or **C2C
Description:

• To provide development, delivery management, security, change management, training, 508 compliance, user interface, and other resources to support the ORA, which is in development within the OPM Dynamics platform. It uses Dynamics Customer Service, Azure Functions, and Portal functionality.
• Integration with login.gov for external user authentication, the transfer of the Azure resources to a new landing zone, and the completion of various user stories and backlog items are required in order to transition to its next stage of a limited release.
• Business process improvement, change management, user interface improvements, and training needs to be planned and implemented as well.

Requirements:

• Experience developing and enhancing larger Power Platform applications
• Experience in Power Pages-Portals, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Experience in Power Virtual Agents a plus
• Experience designing technical solution that require understanding complex application data flows and bridging the gap between business application requirements
• Experience working in an Agile environment – working as a part of (and across) teams to iteratively develop and deliver data products
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences (orally and in written form
• Appropriate certification(s) such as Power Platform Developer Associate
• Azure certification(s) such as AZ 900
• Ability to effectively collaborate across organizational barriers to accomplish high priority and high visibility goals and ensure tight coordination with interdependent teams
• Experience meeting 508 compliance requirements in the Power Platform and applying necessary

configurations
