What You’ll Do for Us
- Lead the development and execution of collaborative business plans with strategic goals for key partnerships, category programs, and brand sales to drive growth and maximize sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, working collaboratively to identify strategic direction, address problem areas, and identify opportunities to promote product growth.
- Develop comprehensive Account Business Plans that include goals, key initiatives, major actions, support requirements, and new product recommendations.
- Act as an expert on strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy of assigned customer(s) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs and goals.
- Ensure flawless execution of programs throughout the Coca-Cola and customer’s ecosystem by implementing efficient processes and monitoring progress closely.
- Ensure business plan and marketing activities are developed to deliver volume, profit, and customer satisfaction assurances made to all stakeholders during business acquisition and/or stewardship planning.
- Grow customer satisfaction levels and maintain a win/win business relationship by effectively communicating with all key buying influences.
- Manage communication with Bottler system and customer field network to ensure constant application of strategies as outlined in the annual business plan and flawless execution of programs.
- Align system resources to implement marketing and operational programs according to plan, schedule, and budget.
- Be a system-wide customer expert to ensure that the Coca-Cola system understands customer(s) objectives, strategies, positioning, and needs and that Company programs are consistent with their needs.
- Be accountable for problem-solving operational or exceptional issues with customers or bottlers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Forecast and manage to budget by closely monitoring financial performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business by staying informed of industry trends and innovations.
Qualification & Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.- Must possess at least 5 years of national sales experience within the Retail, Food & Beverage, or CPG industry. Club channel experience preferred.
- The ability to lead, influence, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects.
- Relationship management (customers, suppliers, contractors, bottlers) knowledge of retail and third-party supplier/contractor culture/core competencies is required.
- Knowledge of retail and supplier capabilities and performance to enhance and manage customers and cross-functional relationships is required.
- Supply Chain operations and transportation expertise is needed, along with an understanding of transportation planning and management of DPU, Intermodal and Over-the-Road carrier network.
- Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results.
- Proven track record of leading and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to deliver growth ahead of plan and market.

Base Salary: $113,800 to $139,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
