Here at GXO we are looking for a Warehouse Manager - Nights to join our Coldstore site in Bedworth on a 6 – 12-month FTC. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing changes to improve not only efficiency but staff engagement and morale.

You will be working any 5 days from 7 with the hours of 23:00 – 07:00.

We’re looking to offer you a salary between £50,000 - £52,000 per annum. In addition, you’ll get 33 days’ annual leave, as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Provide leadership and guidance for the shift managers and team leaders to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication to address any potential issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer service level agreements are achieved, escalating any issues impacting on these to line management.
• Plan and achieve daily, weekly and monthly operational and KPI targets
• Deploy the right amount of resources in-line with operational needs in line with budget

What you need to succeed at GXO

• 
  Experience in managing employee relations and customer/trading relations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams and colleagues to ensure excellent performance.
• Experience in using WMS systems such as Ultima
• Nurture and develop other around you and proactively share their point of views
