Our client, a growing e-commerce retailer, with a successful business serving customers in over 30 European countries, is on the lookout for an Online Marketing Manager to contribute to the success of their Finnish website. This is an 18-month long maternity cover contract to start in Feb/March to ensure a good handover!

Offering up to £31,000 p/a plus bonus, if you’re an online expert with an enviable track record in managing effective PCE, SEO, Paid social media and Affiliate campaigns, with fluent Finnish language skills. Then this is the ideal Marketing role for you.

In the role of Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Collect and analyse data to identify trends and insights, in order to drive traffic and customer acquisition through paid search and shopping campaigns
• Supporting Search Engine Marketing through paid social campaigns, SEO, PCE and more
• Develop and implement effective re-marketing campaigns
• Analysis, reporting and the development of tactical action plans from web traffic and KPI’s
• Manage Google and Bing PPC campaigns, including shopping
• Close collaboration with the central online marketing teamand strong cross-functional communication with Category Management, Direct Marketing, Pricing and Shop functions.

Necessary requirements and skills for the Online Marketing Manager, includes:

• Fluent Swedish skills are essential to be considered for this role
• Graduate degree in a highly relevant discipline
• 3+ years’ experience of SEM & PPC best practice, Google AdWords and Google Analytics
• Successful track record in driving traffic to generate increased eCommerce sales
• Analytically minded, with advanced Excel and data manipulation skills (API & script utilisation)
• Project planning and prioritisation skills, with an organised persona
• A team player with the confidence to communicate across all levels, written and verbally
• Adaptable with drive and passion – eyes on the prize!

The role itself…

The primary focus of the Online Marketing Manager role will be on developing Finnish online marketing activities. In this hybrid role, you’ll be in the Oxford-based offices 2 days a week andjoining a friendly digital marketing team. Reporting to the Nordics Online Marketing Team Lead, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced and supportive team environment.
