We are a national interior design resource, and our Creative is fundamental to this positioning.
TileBar is looking for a versatile Creative Operations Manager to lead end-to-end production of creative assets. This person will take lead on large-scale integrated efforts and ownership of day-to-day creative workflow and stakeholder management.
This role reports to the Brand Project Director and will partner closely with copywriters, designers, photographers and videographers, as well as other departments across marketing, e-commerce, sales teams, and product development.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day creative workflow and stakeholder management to ensure the highest creative standards are achieved, while meeting deadlines on projects including new product launches, web design and print collateral.
Handle communications between the Creative Team and the Cross-functional Team.
Maintain workflow management tools (Jira, Teams/Zoom, Air.inc, handoff spreadsheets).
Develop excellent SOWs, timelines, agendas, invoices and asset management.
Mitigate risks through tight processes and communication.
Conduct weekly status meetings with the Creative Team.
Participate representing the Creative Team in interdepartmental status meetings.
Review the requirements of each project and compare the capabilities and workload of project team members. Assign the appropriate project team to each new project.
Track the planning, design, approval, and production for all assets and deliverables. Ensure objectives are executed and delivery dates met with quality and consistency.
Communicate expectations, exercise critical thinking while navigating multi-faceted, cross-functional projects and events.
Manage the expectations and deadlines of stakeholders while advocating for creative team needs.
Have an advanced understanding of the tools and principles of copywriting, digital design, photography and video.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in creative project management in agencies and/or in-house.
- Experience working on project management systems and improvement.

Comfortable managing a high-volume of tasks with shifting deadlines and priorities across several projects simultaneously.
Remains calm and organized when faced with shifting priorities and roadblocks.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. A strong collaborator with the ability to foster solid team dynamics and effective cross-functional relationships.
Experienced in intaking briefs, building projects, and balancing a team’s workload.
A genuine passion for brand creative and creative operations.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
