Job Description
Job Title: Operations Manager
Reports To: Branch Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: Manage day to day issues as they arise while assisting the Branch Manager when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervise Route Managers/Technicians, Floaters.
Make Technician’s driving routes daily.
Keep track of metrics/completed sales for each employee.
Model our core values of Ownership, Innovation, Growth, and Integrity.
5. Run reports tracking employee’s growth and struggles.
6. Provide necessary disciplinary actions when necessary.
Help in training of new employees.
Communicate with senior leadership for intervention when necessary.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook and Real Green.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises five or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
