Job description
Stafkings Healthcare Systems, a licensed home care agency, is currently recruiting Personal Care Aide's (PCA's) and Home Health Aides (HHA's) to work in Elmira, Painted Post, Corning and the surrounding areas.
Personal Care Aides and Home Health Aides are responsible for providing hands on direct care to patients in their home and community settings which include, but are not limited to: providing companionship, preparing meals, light housekeeping, shopping, errands and assisting with personal hygiene ie: showering/bathing, toileting, and dressing the client.
Candidates must be 18 years or older, certified as a PCA/HHA (or eligible for training), pass a criminal history record check and health screening.
No appointment necessary, walk-ins are welcome!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Experience:
- relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
- caregiving/direct patient care: 1 year (Preferred)
