Open Position:

Post Cast Operator – In the role as a post cast operator, you would pull daily production parts from casting, break off crucibles, knock out, and bead blast parts per specs.

Post Cast Process:

• Break off crucibles and knock off the shell.
• Hang on the bead blaster tree to use index machine.
• Identify the metal with markers and place on carts to transfer to the cut off.
• Load the correct fixture in the cut off saw and setup per the instructions.
• Place the wheel in cut off fixture and start the cycle to saw.
• Remove the wheel and place in Keyence gauge and remove burrs using a wire brush.

Schedule:

2nd shift – 5pm – 5am and workdays are Monday – Friday

Compensation and Benefits:

Entry level is: $14.25/hour with an increase to $14.50/hour after 60 days

11 Holidays + PTO days annually with PTO increases at five, ten, and fifteen years of service.

401k match *Begins after employee has been employed for 6 months.
