Salary Range: $75000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Lead our sales team by example through the following:
- Coaching on their approach to lead management, prospecting, quoting and closing new accounts.
- Meet individual and team new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- If desired, develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
- Lead morning Sales Team huddle to role play, set the day's course, strategize how to close open quotes.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Be outstanding at relationship and team building.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
- Assist the Agency Owner in all Sales Team hiring efforts.
Requirements
- Possess personal lines or P&C license
- Successful insurance sales track record
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Successful sales background.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
