Production Operative / Factory Operative
£10.16 - £11.73 per hour

3 shift rota: 06:00 to 14:00 – 14:00 to 22:00 – 22:00 to 06:00
Mon to Fri only
Full time, permanent contract
Overtime available at enhanced rates

YOUR ROLE:

As a Production Operative you will be working within a fast paced production environment and your duties will be as followed:

• General production duties – running of high volume production lines and machines
• Basic quality checks of product
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and 5S standards
• Work safely at all times
• This is a fast-paced environment, all employees must work effectively as a team to maximise output and quality

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Available to start immediately
• Flexible across a 3 shift pattern
• Previous production experience is not essential but would be an advantage
• Must be able to speak basic English
• A positive attitude and able to work well as a team
• A high commitment to working safely
