Doncasters Trucast is seeking to fill several positions on first and second shift. We are needing inspectors, certified casting operators, cut-to-size operators, and shell operators.

Key responsibilities:

· Be able to read and follow directions as listed per customer specifications; can interpret safety rules, procedure manuals, and operating instructions.

· Visual requirements to see close objects and depth perception.

· Can use simple mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiple, and divide in units of whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

· Effectively and clearly write routine reports.

· Ability to have clear verbal communication

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs at times

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to read and interpret customer specifications
• Ability to work and stand for a 12-hour shift
• Ability to work in a hot and dusty environment

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Must be able to work 2nd Shift: 5p – 5a

Compensation and Benefits:

Entry level pay starts at $14.25/hour and depending on the position and shift, pay can go up to $16.62/hour after a 60-day probation period.

11 Holidays + PTO + 401k match after 6 months of employment.
