Location: Redhouse, Doncaster (with nationwide travel expected - circa 6 months per year)

Salary (£): £26,392 - £34,904

Hours: 36 – Mon-Thu 08:00-16:00 / Fri 08:00-15:45

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to innovate and think “outside the box” who would relish the challenges and opportunities provided by “making good better” in a world class warehousing and distribution environment.

The focus of this role is to support the RSC network across the UK - therefore the expectation is the successful applicant will spend a substantial amount of time working away.

Main Duties (about the role):

• Work alongside other PSD Analysts in the maintenance of our incentive schemes both in warehousing and distribution

• Help to ensure accurate Standard Times are produced and communicated to all stakeholders for use in the calculation of bonus payments

• Help to ensure accurate manpower planning figures are produced for use in budgetary control

• Analyse operational capabilities / efficiencies, optimal product routings and identify improvement opportunities through modelling

• Facilitate continuous improvement by ensuring that observations and analyses are a clear depiction of current and future processes

• Ensure what we do is understood by all stakeholders via thorough preparation of documentation reflecting project findings and present / report to management as required

• To participate in any projects throughout the warehousing and distribution network or any other duties as required

Candidate Requirements (About you):

Essential:

• Be willing to undertake formal training for qualifications in Work Measurement, Method Study and productivity

• Have a high level of numeracy and attention to detail with the confidence to query potential anomalies in data

• Have good oral and written communication skills to build and maintain rapport across the RSC management team

• Confidence to show initiative when working independently, or as part of a team, often with strict deadlines

• Adapts well to change, prioritising workload to flex to a dynamic operation accordingly

• Demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite applications

Desirable:

• Have experience in warehousing / distribution

• Have a working knowledge of Next (or similar) operatives’ bonus / productivity related incentive schemes

• Be IMS qualified and currently qualified to undertake Performance Rating (with experience in the use of Tectime / iePro8 software)
