about this team
The NA Retail Operations department is responsible for delivering operational solutions that support our North America stores to deliver best in class guest experience and drive business results.
The Retail Product Operations team is responsible for creating and delivering best-in-class product and hemming operational solutions for our stores and guests. Guided by our NA Retail Operations Store Principles, we define in store product operational processes that bring our product vision to life, drive in season sell through and maximize business results. We create the strategic roadmap, program evolution and end-to-end setup of vendors, couriers, supplies and store implementation and resource creation for the Hemming and Product Service Operations Program. With our exciting new Digital hemming app, we partner with cross functional departments on the enhancements, operational reporting, guest insights and analytics to enrich guest experience and develop potential new business ventures.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
- In alignment with our departmental strategic priorities, the Program Manager, Hemming and Product Service Operations creates a roadmap that will bring our guest experience vision to life via the Hemming and Product Service Operations program.
- Manages the evolution of the Hemming and Product Service Operations Program while identifying areas of opportunity for continuous improvement. (ie: Service model, Digital hemming app roadmap, reporting and analytics, etc.)
- Research industry-leading guest-facing product services to inform future opportunities to evolve our hemming and repair programs and better serve our guest.
- Implements operational efficiency and program optimization opportunities in partnership with key cross functional partners (ie: vendor optimization, machine and thread optimization, cost structure, future repairs program)
- Manages and maintains the North America Hemming service level agreement (SLA) and Quality agreement with vendors.
- Drives relationships with key vendors, identifies opportunities for budget optimization while maintaining excellent service to retail stores and guests
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to develop creative solutions for a variety of emerging organizational and industry challenges
- Demonstrated consulting, influencing, negotiation and complex risk mitigation and execution skills
- Ability to lead and motivate large-scale retail teams in a high growth, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- Vendor Management experience with external vendors, budget management, systems management required
- Project Management and Program Management experience an asset leveraging tools (smartsheet, excel, planner)
- Consultant experience an asset
- Undergraduate degree preferred or relevant work experience

For Washington and California Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington and California is from $97,800 - $128,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
