Programme Co-ordinator for UKSPF

FTC/ Secondment until March 31st 2025

Grade C £41,496 to £43,516 pa

37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate the delivery of the Council’s projects in relation to the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). The successful candidate will play a leading role in bringing forward a wide range of projects across the whole of the District, focused on the key themes of Community and Place, Supporting Local Businesses and People and skills as set out in the Government UKSPF Prospectus.

By playing an active coordinating role in delivering this ambitious range of projects, this role has the potential to make a real difference in supporting our local economy, improving the place, health and well-being and prosperity of Warwick District for businesses, residents and visitors. We aim to use this fund to increase the opportunities for some of our most deprived communities, making people proud of where they live and enabling them to play an active part in a thriving economy.

The successful candidate will work with a wide range of internal and external partners to co-ordinate the delivery of a suite of wide-ranging projects. The postholder will be part of a wider Projects and Economic Development team working on a range of development projects all aimed at the wider regeneration of Warwick District. You will need to ensure that the funding that is being allocated to the Council over the period 2022/23 – 2024/25 is allocated and spent in line with the timescales set out in our UKSPF Investment Plan and provide regular monitoring and evaluation updates to Central Government.
