Busy Property Management business seeks individual to work on an assortment of bookkeeping, administrative tasks. Job also involves visits to rental homes for notices and move-out inspections. Will include preparing and delivering notices. Will include calling, texting and emailing residents about payment status or work on collections. May include appearing at court hearings two to three times a month. Willingness to learn a few mechanical skills - how to change a lock or replace battery in a smoke detector is desired. Spanish would be a bonus!

Hours are flexible - generally daytime for tasks involving contacting residents or delivering notices. Administrative and bookkeeping work that is not customer facing can be done evenings and weekends.

Our office is located in Roselawn and all work is in the greater Cincinnati area. You should expect to spend 12 to 16 hours a week in the office. Driving to rental properties is a routine task and reliable transporation is a FIRM REQUIREMENT.

Qualified candidates will have strong verbal communication skills and basic computer skills. You must have a reliable computer and internet access from your home. You must be organized and motivated and able to work effectively from home.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
