Life Balance Counseling, a private psychotherapy practice in Peoria, is excited to invite clinically licensed therapists to join a growing practice to provide individual, couples, and group therapy within an integrated treatment setting.

Life Balance Counseling is seeking the following specialities/interests in new full-time or part-time therapists:

• Therapists who are experienced and/or interested in learning about working with the specialities of trauma and addiction(s).
• Therapists who have experienced in couples therapy.
• Therapists with experience in group therapy and/or interested in learning about developing the skill sets to become an excellent group therapist.

Life Balance Counseling Peoria is seeking to build a dynamic, cohesive team of specialists to help clients achieve their goals. Clinicians with a working knowledge and/or experience of 12 step recovery is a great benefit. Life Balance Counseling Peoria is seeking therapists with the fundamentals of being a solid clinician, strong rapport building, authenticity, empathy, non-judgmental, curiosity, self-awareness, and ethical. Life Balance Counseling Peoria is dedicated to train clinicians with the skills to build expertise in treating clients in their desired niche by paying for trainings, certifications, and opportunities for the experience(s) to build proficiency.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated, clinically astute, and team-oriented therapist who wants to focus on clients rather than the business aspects of private practice. Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with training and experience. Training, supervision, and case consultation as desired with other therapists in the practice.
