iHealth Innovative Solutions is seeking a full-time Software QA Analyst to join a growing team to deliver amazing technology support experiences. This role requires a Software QA Analyst with experience managing key programmatic elements of the QA framework helping to ensure the program remains aligned to business processes and complies with the Agencies standard. This includes planning and coordinating the testing as well as creating and executing test strategy documents for projects impacting systems in the Commercial Operations areas. This role requires experience in System Integration Testing (SIT), DR and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

General Experience:

1) Execute tests on the annual test plan within framework standards.

2) Plan, scope and set test objectives for assigned areas of testing.

3) Apply a risk-based approach to assess whether the Agency's has appropriate policies and procedures and evaluate that controls are operating effectively to comply with applicable laws.

4) Apply data analytic techniques to perform select tests, increase scale and depth of analysis, create impactful visualizations, and explore potential data relationships.

5) Identify and offer recommendations resulting from testing, and collaborate with business partners to assist in developing remediation plans to ensure the areas of concern are addressed in a timely manner.

6) Track the status of outstanding findings and work with business partners to obtain updates, ensure due dates are met, and confirm remediation.

7) Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and Compliance leaders, to maintain engagement and to assist in escalating significant compliance testing matters that require attention or action.

8) Identify opportunities to scale and promote efficiencies and consistency in testing activities within North America and across regions.

9) Participate in the development of requirements and assist in implementation of automated tools, including data analytics, to innovate and enrich compliance testing activities.

10) Must be able to manage competing priorities through prioritization of tasks and activities and set deadlines appropriately.

11) Produce high quality work and strive to be error-free by focusing on quality assurance. Deliverables must be appropriate, accurate, and meet the customer and contractual requirements.

Specialized Experience:

1) Experience supporting DC Government.

2) Experience in implementing best practices and continuous process improvement methodologies to entire organization;

3) Experience Defining standards, methods, and procedures for performance testing activities and produces and presents formal test plans; leads the performance testing effort for assigned projects. Documents and reports issues discovered during performance testing and follows up for resolution.

4) Experience serving as a Project Manager/ Scrum Master on projects with responsibility for supporting, creating, and reviewing appropriate artifacts (Schedules, Product Roadmap, Sprint Reports, Sprint Plans, Backlogs, User Stories, etc.).

5) Prior Health IT experience (a plus)

6) Coordinate QA efforts across the team, ensuring that the tasks have been completed with high quality in a predictable manner.

7) Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant technical training with no preferred certification.

Five (5) to Seven (7) years of directly related experience.

One (1) to Two (2) years of operational and/or technical experience.

Five (5) + years of experience developing test strategies, test plans, test case gathering techniques, using automation and performance tools, and developing manual and automated test scripts.

Five (5) + years of experience with JMeter, Load Runner, LoadUI, SoapUI.

Five (5) + years of hands-on Performance/Automation testing experience in client server and/or web-based environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $97,500.00 per year
