As a QC Lab Steward you will be working in a dynamic and successful organisation. The role provides administration support to the Quality Control Laboratory to ensure that it runs smoothly and allows the laboratory analysts to work at their maximum efficiency. In this role you'll:

• Login Samples in the logbooks and Batch Log, and also check the sample market.
• Print all finished product Paperwork packs, including analysis worksheet, specifications and test methods.
• Create and Issue New Laboratory Logbooks – As requested by LAL or delegate. Create and Issue New Folders (Training and filling) – As requested by LAL or delegate.
• Upload QC and OOS reports on SharePoint daily.
• Ensure that the laboratory analysts are ready to start their analytical laboratory work at the beginning of each day,
• Ensure that sufficient consumables are stocked in the laboratory for the analysts to deliver their role. This includes stationary, solvents, and other laboratory consumables across the Main Lab, Buprenorphine Lab, OGS Lab and Incoming Goods.
