Title: Quality Assurance Specialist Location: Charlotte NC
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Quality Assurance Specialist with superb attention to detail
who will be responsible for supporting the Director of Quality & Training in day-to-day functions.
This will include, analyzing data, auditing applicant records, completion of requested reports, and
interdepartmental coordination on quality projects.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality reviews of records based on department standards & guidelines at
- Analyze/review data, compute findings, and provide recommendations
- Use excellent attention to detail to audit applicant records on the Applicant Tracking
- Manage quality leaderboards
- Manage timely completion of interdepartmental quality projects
- Utilize scheduling tools to organize and conduct meetings
- Assist with strategy to build performance improvement
- Support in creation of quality reports for distribution on a regular cadence
- Learn, update, and show excellent proficiency in the ATS
- Co-train team members as needed on quality and efficiency issues.
- Help create best practices or procedures and promote these to the staff.
- Maintain and update audit forms as policy and procedures change
- Gain a general working knowledge of the operations departments to understand their
- Conduct 1:1 quality meetings with staff to help address quality issues and process

Normal Work Schedule
This is a full-time position in the Charlotte, NC office. Standard business hours are Monday through
Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This employee may certainly work more than 40 hours weekly to meet
the minimum requirements of the role.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience related to quality assurance and performance improvement
- Superb attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management skills; organized and able to prioritize
- Proficient computer skills
- High level of skill with Microsoft Excel and the use of pivot tables
- Motivated to take on additional workload volume
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking software programs preferred
- Knowledge of Google workspace
