Lincolnton, NC Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center is located
approximately 30 miles from Charlotte. The facility employs just under 400+ full
time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along
with 12,000 skus. In addition to the conversion, customizing and packaging
activities, abrasives are now a big part of our power tool accessory business.

The Quality Systems and FMEA engineer will support the achievement of all quality targets in all areas
and value streams of LctP. With a high focus on a continual quality improvement through recognizing
digitalization opportunities and steering their implementation as main sponsor through all locations.
 Responsible to coordinate and support the maintenance of all quality related audits, including but not
limited to Quality Certification ISO9001:2015, ISA, C/AU to ensure a robust and efficient quality
management system.
 Responsible for the formal and methodical correct execution of all FMEA’s.
 Will be required to lead and moderate the FMEA team meetings
 Support and guide the multidisciplinary project team to proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate the
technical risks in products and processes by taking corrective measures as necessary
 Coach the FMEA team in method usage and tools, creation of evaluations and reports, support in
assessment and presentation of results
 Provide executive summary (status / actions / escalations) on all FMEAs to management
 Effectively manage project team reviews and handle day-to-day work efficiently and independently
 Perform FMEA Maturity assessments of product / processes and provide early escalation of risks in the
Q-Organization
Support process improvements in line with company goals which includes new process definition and
making appropriate changes

Quality Systems: Quality tools and systems digitalization. (Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions for quality systems for all LctP locations) 30 %

Bachelor’s Degree X Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or similar field
5+ years experience.
