A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION ADMINISTRATOR

This full-time administrative position typically works in-office Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

As a Real Estate Transaction Administrator, you handle a wide range of tasks to initiate and finalize real estate transactions and enable us to provide exceptional service to our customers. Every day, you prepare documents to be sent out to our clients for signatures. Using our customer relationship management (CRM) software Brivity, you manage listings and stay updated on all closing activities. You work collaboratively alongside our project managers and our owner to manage workflow, and you occasionally create appointments on a shared Google calendar on our owner's behalf. Your satisfaction comes from seeing our business thrive because of your hard work!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION ADMINISTRATOR

  • Real estate experience
  • North Carolina real estate broker license

Knowledge of CRM platforms, Google products, DocuSign, Zip-forms, Triangle MLS (multiple listing service), and social media platforms would be a plus! If you're attentive, detail-oriented, and personable, you might just be perfect for this administrative position!
