The role:

We are looking for a creative and innovative marketing individual with strong commercial acumen to join our global marketing team. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing online and offline marketing plans and strategies for your assigned region (US/North America).

Reporting directly into the SVP – North America and working closely with the global Marketing team and Branding at HQ, you will play an integral part in the company’s marketing and growth in the US.

We’re looking for someone with a successful track record in B2B tech marketing, working closely with sales. You will have a strong, hands-on marketing background with proven experience across different channels and markets. You will work in close partnership with a number of teams in the business including sales, product, operations, and client services to ensure we have a holistic plan to accelerate growth in the US region and drive further engagement in a very competitive marketplace.

Key responsibilities:

· Create, manage and implement the marketing plan in the US region

· Work with the central marketing team to deliver US-focused marketing activity such as events, conferences, webinars, digital marketing and PR

· Work with sales to implement and grow a US sales/marketing pipeline including lead gen, nurture programs and growth marketing

· Identify critical insights from internal and external stakeholders and utilize data to inform critical product development and customer opportunities in the US region

· Build strong relationships cross-functionally with the other business units and help share the global brand vision

Key skills and experience:

· An understanding and passion for programmatic and digital marketing

· +3 years B2B marketing experience, with a blend of both hands-on and marketing strategy/planning

· Clear and concise communicator and skilled writer with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate meaningful insights

· Experience in building and growing marketing lists, nurture programs and sales pipelines

· Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution; we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength

· Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills

· Possess a strong work ethic with a drive to succeed

· Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

· Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices

· Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
