RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - PART-TIME, HOME BASED

A modern. forward-thinking firm are seeking a part-time Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a flexible basis.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• The firm is recruiting a residential property solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or an experienced residential conveyancer to work part time from home
• You do not need generate your own business as you will be fully supported by the firm's in-house account and administration teams who will look after i.e. post completion for you freeing up your time to focus
• This role will support the Holiday Cover Team, providing cover support to lawyers during periods of holidays and absences. This role would suit a working parent or someone looking for "school hours". Whilst this is a Monday to Friday position and keeping business hours of 9-5:30, the firm are open to discussion about working patterns like late starts, early finishes, reduced hours etc!
• You'll be acting as an internal locum, covering a variety of files, so experience with leasehold purchases is essential. New build and shared ownership would be a bonus. We offer a highly competitive salary with excellent benefits.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally you will have at least 3 years' experience handling your own residential property files.
• New build and shared ownership experience is desirable but not essential.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to work as part of and integrate into a small team that is social and supportive of each other.
• A keen eye for detail.
• A can-do attitude.
