Position available: Restaurant Server

Great restaurant memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a Restaurant Server, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink and help keep service on-track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

The perfect candidate will be able to:

-Greet and welcome all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.

-Present food according to established health and presentation standard.

-Clear and clean tables/reset for service. Help maintain a clean and attractive dining room for excellent dining experience.

-Perform department/outlet duties as required.

-Tell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents

-Help create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment

-Have effective communication skills. Guests will come to you with concerns as well as compliments! So you must be easy to talk to.

- Be a Problem Solver! This ability will allow you to successfully turn issues into opportunities.

-Work together with other departments to achieve overall guest satisfaction.

-Be caring, wanting to make a positive difference and build connections with our guests.

Position Requirements:

-Must be able to work varied schedules, weekends and holidays as business levels dictate.

-Ability to stand for up to 8 hours without difficulty.

-Ability to be able to lift up to 25-30 lbs without assistance. This may include kneeling or bending.

-High School Diploma/secondary education.

-Understanding of basic computer operations (Aloha experience is a PLUS but not required)

-Meet local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you’ll be above the minimum age required and able to speak local language- English
